The location is a good base for both a little shopping, short and long excursions on foot, by car and by train. The staff is friendly and professional, individual speaks English and/or German in addition to Italian. The room was clean and tidy with good size and a nice bathroom. Breakfast and dinner are good, there is plenty to eat and the atmosphere is very cozy.

Our room did not have a minibar but when we asked a small fridge was instantly provided to our room. We also enjoyed breakfast a lot and the atmosphere in the breakfast area. Staff is friendly and helpful and you are greeted by a family atmosphere.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, with easy access to the train station and major city attractions just down the street. the staff were nice and provided excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. the rooms were clean and spacious, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds, and had all basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast could use some improvement as it was very basic and lacked variety.
